GIG Origination & Development identifies, originates and develops enterprises, projects and commercial opportunities across strategically important sectors of the global economy. Our approach begins with identifying structural opportunities, market inefficiencies and unmet economic demand. We assess countries, markets, industries and commercial value chains to identify opportunities where new enterprises, infrastructure and industrial capabilities are required. From initial concept and commercial origination, we undertake the development work necessary to establish viable projects and businesses, including feasibility assessments, commercial structuring, technical partnerships, regulatory engagement, project development and capital formation.

We take projects from conception towards bankability and commercial operation. This includes establishing project companies and special purpose vehicles, assembling technical and strategic partners, securing development rights, structuring commercial arrangements and arranging the financing required for execution. We work across the development lifecycle, coordinating financial, technical, legal, commercial and institutional stakeholders to advance complex, capital-intensive and long-duration opportunities.
