GIG Special Advisory delivers transaction advisory, capital raising, strategic counsel, and infrastructure structuring to small to mid-market corporates, infrastructure developers, governments, state-owned enterprises, and institutional counterparties across the Greater Southern Africa and selective pan-African markets.

It is the front door to GIG's deployment platform — the point where strategy becomes a bankable transaction, across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate. We originate, structure, and capitalise in a single continuum, rather than surfacing a mandate and exiting at closing. The service spans M&A, structured finance, capital restructuring, and project finance, from US$1 million to US$5 billion, underwritten through Artelligence, GIG's proprietary risk and capital analytics platform. Mandates draw on in-house specialists across artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, geopolitics, government affairs, real estate, and supply chain. In infrastructure, we design bid strategies, concession structures, financial models, and procurement pathways for governments and developers — engineered for bankability, and aligned for co-investment with GIG capital.

We accept mandates only where we retain origination economics and can syndicate risk transparently — strengthening the track record that carries GIG from advisory toward full banking capabilities. Advisory, here, is not a fee line. It is the discipline the mission is built on.
