GIG Infrastructure invests in the physical and digital infrastructure that supports economic activity across Greater Southern Africa and select global markets. Our focus includes energy generation and transmission, utilities, transportation, ports, airports, rail, mass transit, logistics corridors, telecommunications and other critical infrastructure. We focus on assets where strategic importance, durable demand and defensible market positions can support long-term value creation. We evaluate opportunities across the full infrastructure lifecycle, including development, construction, financing, ownership and operation. Our approach is particularly focused on assets that address capacity constraints, connect markets or support the expansion of productive economic activity.

Investment decisions are supported by rigorous analysis of demand, regulation, counterparties, construction and operating risk, capital structure, currency exposure and long-term cash-flow resilience. We seek contracted, regulated or otherwise durable revenue streams and, where appropriate, structures that provide protection against inflation and currency volatility. Our objective is to create infrastructure that is commercially sustainable and capable of supporting the next phase of economic growth. We work alongside governments, developers, operators, institutional investors and strategic partners to bring projects from conception through financing and execution. By combining capital with sector expertise and institutional relationships, GIG seeks to support infrastructure that can serve economies for decades.
