GIG Real Estate invests in the physical assets that support commerce, industry, technology and essential services across Greater Southern Africa and select global markets. We focus on logistics and warehousing, industrial and trade-enabling corridors, data centres and digital infrastructure, healthcare and life sciences, and other segments where structural demand and constrained supply can support long-term value. Our strategy spans income-producing assets, development and value-add opportunities, structured joint ventures, listed real estate companies and operating businesses, and selective fund investments. We seek assets with strong locations, durable demand, quality counterparties and multiple sources of value creation. We combine an investor's discipline with an operator's perspective, considering not only the property but the economic activity it enables.

Our underwriting evaluates asset value, replacement economics, tenant and counterparty quality, cash-flow durability, development risk, capital requirements and leverage. Artelligence™ supports this analysis and enables GIG to assess opportunities across market, asset and portfolio levels. We remain selective in taking development risk and focus on projects where structural demand and supply dynamics provide a clear basis for investment. We believe real estate can play a fundamental role in economic development when it is connected to productive activity.
